Education Wing Entrance Closed For Repairs

We recently experienced some water damage to the facade of the building above our education wing entrance. Full repairs including the installation of a new steel beam are in progress now, and the entrance is closed until further notice. Please use the main entrance at all times, including during Religious School and Preschool drop-off and pickup.

Mitzvah Day

For the past month preschool families have been collecting birthday gifts and birthday party supplies for homeless children through Beverly’s Birthdays, an organization providing birthdays for homeless children in the Pittsburgh area. On Mitzvah Day, parents and children designed birthday cards, bookmarks, and toothbrush cards for the children. Temple and preschool families prepared blankets and gift boxes for hospitalized children, toys for animal shelters, greeting cards for military service personnel, and lunches and lasagna dinners for women’s and homeless shelters in our area.
