December 13: OY! Members Ice Skating at North Park after the school-wide Chanukah party
November 8: Splash Lagoon (all-inclusive Family Event)
November 28: Hayride and Havdallah at Reilly’s Farm (all-inclusive Family Event)
February 6: Pajama party and Havdallah movie night (all-inclusive Family Event)

Yeladim Program
Our new Yeladim program, for K-2nd graders, currently has two programs planned for this year:

December 6: Chanukah Program: make your own Beezwax candles ($5 per person) after Sunday School
February 21: Purim Program: mask making party ($5 per person) after Sunday School


Ohav Youth Group for Teens

Ohav Youth Group (OY!) is our program for TOS high school students in 9th-12th grade. OYers have great activities this year. Keep an eye on this page for more updates as they come!

OY! is affiliated with the Northeast Lakes Council of the North American Federation of Temple Youth (NFTY) . Throughout the year there are several regional and national NFTY activities and kallot (gatherings). These programs provide informal Jewish eduction, peer socialization and community building.  Along with many more programs OYers have the opportunity to go to regional conventions with NFTY-PAR in the Pocono Mountains and other city-wide and regional events, where they can connect and network with other Jewish teens from the region.

Ohav Youth (OY) sells bagels every Sunday before religious school!  Support our youth group by purchasing a bagel with cream cheese or butter and coffee or juice for only $2.00!!


Open Teen Lounge

Every Tuesday, from 5pm to 5:30pm, TOS hosts the Open Teen Lounge. Teenage members of our temple can come to hang out, join in the fun with fellow members their age, and be a part of something truly special. The cost is $2 per child for 2 pieces of pizza.  Additional slices can be purchased for $1 each.
