Leviticus 6:1 - 8:36 --- Parashat Tzav
God told Moses to command Aaron and his sons to take the ashes away from the altar where sacrifices were made for God every day. The ashes were to be put beside the altar. When the ash pile got too large, it should be taken to a ritually clean area outside the camp. “The priests were to make sure the fire on the altar never went out.” (Lev. 6:2)…

DISNEY ON BROADWAY PURIM CELEBRATION!

Come see Simba, Nala, Pumba, Timon, Zazu, Scar and the whole crew put on a Purim celebration that’s not to be missed.  And, of course, the reading of the Megillat Esther will be part of our celebration. Last, but certainly not least, our wonderful celebration would not be complete without a delicious Purim Oneg

MENS’ CLUB BOWLING NIGHT
Thursday, March 27th at 7 PM
The Men’s Club is having a bowling night at Roblyn Industry on Thursday, March 27th at 7 PM. The address is 1318 Pittsburgh Rd, Valencia PA. It’s on RT 8 between Bakerstown Rd and 228. I’ll need to give them at least a weeks notice as to how many lanes we need to reserve. Please RSVP to me by this Thursday, March 20th if you plan on attending @ .  If you are not a member of the Men’s Club, join us this night and join us.  We are a social group and not just a service organization!  You don’t have to be a paid member to bowl!  -Jeff

NOAH’S TREE
Beata Construction and Rothschild-Doyno Architects (the companies working on our building) donated a 15 foot maple tree for the children’s play area to provide shade and comfort for the kids during the hot summer days in memory of Noah Mass, who loved the pre-school.

SOCIAL ACTION SING-A-LONG

Please join us for a sing-along event at the senior citizen high rise Riverview in Squirrel Hill on Sunday, April 6, 2008 at 1PM. Our youth choir with be performing that day as well. This has always been a very rewarding experience.
We could use singers and friendly people to visit at the party. Help is also needed with simple refreshments, set up and clean up. Do call or e-mail Diane Hutchins at 412 367-8094 or .
